A business licence is a starting point, not the whole answer.

The licence provides the legal name and registration identifiers you need to search accurately. It still needs to be matched against current records and the proposed transaction.

Fields to capture

Record the Chinese legal name, Unified Social Credit Code, legal representative, entity type, registered address, establishment date, and business scope.

Check consistency, not appearance

A convincing image can still be outdated, altered, or unrelated. Search the identifiers and compare them with the company asking for payment.
