Company-data provider records
The current search and automated report workflow retrieves company information through Tianyancha. Available categories can include registration, ownership, company personnel, business activity and legal records. Fields may be missing, delayed or limited by source availability.
A provider entry is an aggregated record. Do not interpret it as a fresh direct search of every underlying government system. This page does not claim that every source listed below is consulted for every order.
Official registration and public filings
GSXT is an official starting point for Chinese registration information. A public filing may also identify a company by name, USCC and website. Check the issuing party, document date and relevant page; publication on an exchange website is not a guarantee about the company.
Our Unitree public example cites the issuer-information section of a filing hosted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. It is a historical identity snapshot, not a live registration or enforcement check.
Company websites and buyer-supplied links
A company website establishes what that site says about its business. It does not independently establish factory capacity, current certification, authorization of a reseller or ownership of a bank account.
A marketplace URL or website supplied with an order is context. It is not automatically authenticated, and we do not treat a marketplace badge as a payment guarantee.
Legal records and coverage gaps
Court and enforcement information must be read with its publication scope and timing. A missing result may mean no matching entry was found, the source was inaccessible, or a category was not covered. Reports distinguish unavailable categories from checked categories with no records returned.
Selected or related entries should not be read as a complete count of independent disputes. A claim about a final court outcome needs evidence of that outcome.
Dates and translations
The date a report checks a source can be later than the underlying record's date. Neither means the information stays current after delivery. Recheck time-sensitive facts before relying on them.
The Chinese legal name remains the identity anchor. A provider-supplied English name, a cited English name in a filing and generated pinyin have different evidential value. Pinyin is pronunciation guidance, not an official English legal name.
