Information we need
Anonymous orders require an email address, selected company, and any research context you choose to provide. Optional Google sign-in will use basic identity information only.
Information we avoid
Payment-card details stay with the payment processor. Search text, emails, provider sessions, and report content are excluded from ordinary analytics and application logs.
Manual review documents
For a manual review we collect your contact name, email, supplier details, concern and the documents you choose to submit. With your separate consent, extracted text (including OCR) and company evidence are sent to our configured AI service to prepare a draft. The current AI gateway is api.tu-zi.com; processing may occur outside your country. Original attachments, contact email and internal notes are not model input; extracted document text may still contain personal or commercially sensitive information, so redact it before submitting. Authorized case staff can access private documents and research notes; uploaded files are not published or exposed as public links. Final reports are emailed to your supplied address through our email provider. We retain these records for delivery, support and applicable obligations, including in protected database backups. Contact support to request deletion; backup copies follow the backup retention cycle.
Submit only material you are authorized to share. Redact full bank account numbers, personal IDs, signatures and unrelated personal information unless needed for the agreed comparison. Do not upload card details or passwords. The case form and case administration pages are excluded from our public-page analytics.
Privacy-safe product analytics
We measure broad service stages such as a public-page visit, company search, result view, verification-page view, checkout, payment, and report delivery. A random identifier lasts only for the current browser tab, and the server stores only its one-way hash. These events may include the interface language and a broad result-count range, but never the search text, company name, email address, raw IP address, provider response, or report content.
Retention and rights
We retain order and report records for service delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
