Start with four documents

Ask for the business licence, quotation, contract, and bank beneficiary details. Record the website and marketplace profile you actually used.

Trading company or manufacturer?

A trading company is not automatically bad, and a broad business scope does not prove a factory exists. Treat manufacturing as a claim that needs corroborating evidence.

Resolve payment mismatches
