English names are often informal and not unique. Request the Chinese name exactly as shown on the business licence and the Unified Social Credit Code.
2. Match the legal entity
Compare registration status, province, establishment date, legal representative, and business scope. Similar names are not proof of a relationship.
3. Compare transaction details
Check whether the contract party, invoice issuer, bank beneficiary, website, email domain, and marketplace profile are consistent or clearly explained.
4. Investigate the claim that matters
If the supplier claims to manufacture, look for evidence of production capability. If credit or legal exposure matters, focus on current records and material inconsistencies.
